From Inquiry to Impact — Advanced Research Methods & Academic Publishing – Dr. Nafiaa Bouanani
Throughout April 2025, the Linguistic, Literary, Cultural & Interdisciplinary Studies Research Lab at the Faculty of Letters and Humanities, Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, organized a three-part seminar series titled “From Inquiry to Impact: Advanced Research Methods & Academic Publishing.”
The sessions, conducted by Dr. Nafiaa Bouanani, Professor and Researcher in Cognitive and Educational Psychology at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, were designed for doctoral candidates seeking to deepen their understanding of research methodology and academic dissemination.
Across the three seminars—held on April 8th, 14th, and 21st—Dr. Bouanani guided participants through the key stages of research design, data analysis, and the process of publishing in peer-reviewed journals. The discussions emphasized critical thinking, methodological rigor, and ethical considerations in academic work, offering participants practical insights into building impactful research trajectories.
The seminar series was marked by an interactive spirit, as doctoral students engaged in hands-on activities, reflective dialogue, and peer feedback. It concluded with a forward-looking discussion on how young researchers can contribute to academic knowledge production both locally and globally.
